How do I log in to my account?

To access your account through the website or the MyPureCard app, use the username and password you created during registration.

Website Login

  • Enter your Username and Password

  • Click Log In

  • Enter the OTP sent to your mobile and click Verify

App login:

Depending on your settings, you’ll either enter a one-time passcode or use Face ID if facial recognition is enabled.

  • For facial recognition: Tap the icon to log in automatically.
  • If facial recognition is turned off: Enter your username and password, then click Log In

  • If you entered a username and password you'll receive an SMS one-time passcode. Enter the code and click Next
