How do I log in to my account?

To access your account via the website or the MyPureCard app, you’ll need the username and password you created during registration.

  • Website login:
    After entering your details, you’ll receive a one-time passcode sent to the mobile number registered on your account.
  • App login:
    Depending on your settings, you’ll either enter the one-time passcode or use Face ID if you’ve enabled facial recognition.
