I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

You’ll need your password to access your account online or through the mobile app. You can reset your password at any time, but please note you will need your card details. 

If you have lost your card, please contact us to arrange a replacement. 

Forgot password steps

Click the Forgot password? link on the login page

Enter your Card ID and last 4 digits of your long 16-digit card number, which can both be found on the card itself.

💡Handy Hint

Remember, if you have a virtual card - these details will have been in the original email you were sent. If you can't find this please contact us.

We'll then send you an email with a link to be able to reset your password.
Click the link in the email.

❗ Troubleshooting

If you do not receive the email, first check your junk mail. If still not there please contact us so that we can check the email address that we have registered against your account. 

Create your new password. Make sure your new password fulfills the rules outlined on the page.
You'll see a password confirmation message at the top of the screen, and then you should be able to log in with the new password entered.
