How can I check my balance?
You can view your balance anytime by logging into your account online or through the MyPureCard mobile app.
On the Website
- Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
- Enter the 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your mobile phone.
Once you’re logged in, your balance will be displayed at the top of the page.
On the app
