Yes, automated phone services are available 24/7. Simply call 0344 800 6435. If your card has already been activated, you will be prompted to enter your 9-digit card ID (which you can find on the front of your card). 

If you need to speak to a person, please contact us between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
