Why was my Pure Energy Card declined?
There are a few possible reasons:
- Insufficient funds: Your card can only be used up to the available balance. If the transaction amount exceeds your balance, the transaction will be declined.
- Usage restrictions: The Pure Energy Card is designed exclusively for payments to utility providers, including gas, electricity, and water companies. Transactions on other websites or at in-store locations will not be approved.
