Where can I use my Pure Energy Card?

Your Pure Energy Card can be used to make direct payments to your energy provider for electricity, gas, or water bills. Supported providers include British Gas, EDF, E.ON, Bulb, Octopus, and many others.

If you have a prepayment meter, you can pay your provider online or over the phone, provided you have a smart meter.

Please note: The Pure Energy Card cannot be used at PayPoint locations or Post Office branches.
