How do I freeze my card?

You can freeze your card anytime through the website or the MyPureCard app:

  • On the website:
    Go to My Account → My Card, then toggle the switch next to Freeze Card.

Once your card is frozen, the page will update to clearly show its status. You’ll see a “Card Frozen” indicator along with an option to unfreeze your card whenever you’re ready

In the app:
From the home page, simply tap Freeze.

Freezing your card helps protect your account if you’ve misplaced your card or need to pause transactions temporarily.
