What is a virtual card?

A virtual prepaid card is one that is produced and delivered electronically, rather than in the post. From that point on, it's very similar to a physical card - however it can only be used to make online or over the phone purchases, it can not be used in store at this time. 

If you have received a virtual card, you can access your prepaid card details at anytime by logging into you account where you will be able to view the long 16 digit card number, CVV and expiry date.
