What if my ID won't scan?
If you’re having trouble scanning your ID, try these tips:
- Place your ID on a contrasting background, such as a dark table.
- Turn your phone horizontal to capture the full ID within the on-screen capture box.
- Avoid glare by moving away from windows or bright light sources.
- If you’re using a passport, only the photo page needs to be captured.
- If scanning still doesn’t work, take a clear, full-screen photo of your ID and upload it manually.
