How do I report my card as lost or stolen when customer services are closed?

Our Customer Services team is available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.

If you discover your card is lost or stolen outside these hours, please freeze your card immediately within your online account or mobile app. This will protect your money by preventing any transactions.

Once Customer Services reopens, contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your card and issue a replacement.
