Do you charge any fees if I don't use the card?

A monthly dormancy fee may apply if your card hasn’t been used for any transactions for six (6) consecutive months. Please check the Terms and Conditions to confirm if this fee applies to you.

This fee will continue until one of the following happens:

  • You use your card again
  • Your card balance reaches zero (0)
  • Your card expires
