I've lost my card what do I do?
If you believe your card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately so we can block the card and issue a replacement as quickly as possible. Please note that replacement card fees may apply; we’ll confirm any charges at the time. For full details, check your Terms and Conditions.
In the meantime, we recommend freezing your card as soon as you notice it’s missing. Freezing your card temporarily blocks transactions, giving you peace of mind while you search. If you later find your card—perhaps in a coat pocket—you can easily unfreeze it. This ensures no one can use your card while you track it down.
