How do I delete my account?

If you no longer wish to use the Purecard App, delete your account and cancel your card please contact our customer service team, the correct contact details can be found on the log in website, or if you have a physical card it shall be printed on the back. By cancelling your account, your data will not be deleted as we are required to keep this for 6 years. You will have the option for your personal data such as name, address, email address and phone number to be anonymized. For more information on data protection, please see our data privacy here
